I’m Derrick Dublinski, owner of X Services and a Walla Walla native. I started D&E Property Preservation in 2013 and renamed the business X Services in 2020.
My work includes property walkthroughs and photo reports, securing and winterization, lawn and yard maintenance, cleanouts, and property repairs. I work with property owners and property-management clients, documenting observable conditions and completed work and preparing estimates when additional work is needed.
When a project calls for specialty work outside my scope, contractor coordination may be available by prior agreement.
