Are your walkthroughs home inspections?
These are visual walkthroughs, not real estate or home inspections. They do not replace an inspection by a licensed home inspector. Walkthroughs document observable property conditions, maintenance needs, and completed work through photos and written reports.
Why are you taking pictures?
Photos are part of our property walkthrough and maintenance work. They document property conditions and work completed for our clients. We may be unable to discuss details of an individual assignment.
Is this property for sale or rent?
Our role is property walkthroughs and maintenance. For availability, pricing, or showings, please contact the owner or listing agent. We cannot share confidential client or property information.
How do I request an estimate?
Email x@xsvcs.com with the property location, requested work, photos if available, and desired timeframe. We will discuss the scope and whether a site visit is needed.
Do you offer recurring service?
Recurring walkthroughs and lawn maintenance may be arranged based on location, property needs, and availability. Mowing every two weeks is one option.
